Bid Acceptance & Beyond --- from Bid Acceptance through Exec Contract.
Step 1 --- Verifying and Uploading.
Log into Hudhomestore.com
Click Accepted Bids.
Click Check Box to Verify Purchaser(s).
Click Check Box to Verify Closing Agent if no Check Box is available there will be Title Company Document(s) that need to be uploaded.
Review Conflict of Interest Changes.
Upload needed Sales Package Documents.
Click Save All Changes.
Step 2 --- Review.
Buyer's Agent will receive an email to review and edit (not Sign) with the Subject of "HUD Sales Package - Address of Property" (click on Review Documents to review).
Locate Buyer(s) name(s) in Line 2 of the Sales Contract and click to the right of the Buyer(s) name(s) and type the following suitable style, example, a Married person, a Married couple, a Single person, etc. then click Finish.
Step 3 --- Signatures.
All Signers will receive an email to Sign with the Subject of "HUD Sales Package - Address of Property" (click on Review Documents to Sign).
1 - Buyer's Broker signs.
2 - Buyer(s) signs.
3 - Title Company signs.
4 - Seller's Representative signs.
Step 4 --- Executed Contract access.
Once completed, all parties that Signed or Reviewed will receive an email with the Subject of "Completed: HUD Sales Package - Address of Property". To access the Executed Contract, open email then click on View Completed Documents and then Download Executed Contract.
In addition to the email above the Buyer's Agent will receive an email with the Subject of “Ratified Contract – Address of Property” which is sent from the Asset Manager RE-Global and will provide specific information such as Contract Expiration Date, Utility Activation Process if you are having an Inspection or Appraisal & other pertinent information. The Ratified (aka Executed) Contract will be attached.
